I just registered but cannot view all knowledge base articles or downloads.

Your initial registration must be approved by our sales office before you gain access to qualifying content.
Once approved, make sure you login to the help desk in the upper right.
There are three levels of access including public articles, DRS Add-in articles, and full content (500+ articles).
To qualify for access requires one of the following conditions.

  1. You requested a 30-day trial download of a DRS add-in or Microsoft Dynamics RMS and...

    Please Register AND/OR login (upper right) to fully view this article. If you have forgotten your login credentials enter username (email address) and click Lost Password. Once logged in the entire article contents will be displayed including any additional instructions.
